Challenging conflicts in schools (Erasmus+ 2016-2018)


The project intends to compile an international tool - a methodological recourse book in motivating, preparing and practical work of school mediators on the basis of European countries experience with the further implementation of mediation model in the EU.

The objectives of the project are:

to make the main parts of mediation methods adoptable to any European school regardless of its specification and without extra costs

to do motivational work among European schools within the extension of knowledge and interest in mediation, as an alternative way of conflicts resolution

to organize the interchange of views and experience within the mediators training programs among European schools

to test a universal model (recourse book) of mediation system implementation in the school of every partner country of the project;

to contribute to cross-cultural communication range expansion by involving upper-secondary school pupils in activities, developing their leadership and responsibility

to contribute to development of tolerance among the youth (young pupils and teachers) and to formation of positive attitude towards European projects and aims

to contribute to improvement of English language

to contribute to employment skills development among upper-secondary school pupils by cultivation of their psychological and professional skills
